What Is the role?

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Engineer to help expand Hornet’s reach within law enforcement agencies across India along with businesses in the crypto domain. You will focus on generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and pitching our software solutions. You would be expected to be technically sound with intricacies of marketing and sales. Candidates who can convert leads and make a sale will also be offered a commission model.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Support

⚬ Oversee the process of lead generation and converting it into a sale as a part of the sales lifecycle. You will be expected to drive sales from the generated leads.

⚬ Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.

⚬ Travel to client locations after generating leads, for sale conversion. The costs shall be reimbursed as per actuals for the same.

⚬ Lead the sales generation and ensure the stage of conversion is attained for the sale.

⚬ Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.

⚬ Oversee liaison with law enforcement agencies and businesses in the crypto space from lead generation to sale of product.

• Content Creation

⚬ Write, edit, and proofread engaging copy for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and website content.

⚬ Collaborate with the design team to develop eye-catching graphics and visuals.

• Market Research

⚬ Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience insights. This also includes being up to date with all crypto related news around the globe.

⚬ Provide recommendations based on market analysis to optimize campaigns and/or product.

• Analytics and Reporting

⚬ Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms.

⚬ Compile data into actionable insights and reports for the marketing team.

• Collaboration

⚬ Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Ensure appropriate feedback from the clients is delivered to the product team.

⚬ You will be expected to drive sales and marketing in a scientific way, with a regular update in strategy.

⚬ Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and strategies.

Qualifications

• Education

  Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience

  ⚬ Previous internship experience in marketing or related fields is a plus but not required. Having any experience in dealing with the government and/or police is also an advantage.

  ⚬ Familiarity with CRM platforms, social media platforms, email marketing, and basic graphic design tools is an advantage.
