What is the role?

We are looking for a dynamic HR & Marketing Executive who will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and training, along with supporting the company’s marketing efforts. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can balance people management with brand communication and outreach. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture while also enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Draft and post job descriptions across platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring teams.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
  • Handle grievances and conduct regular employee feedback sessions.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Manage payroll, leaves, and performance review processes.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and organize internal learning programs.
  • Work with team leads to execute employee development strategies.

Marketing

Branding & Communication

  • Assist in building and managing the employer brand across platforms.
  • Contribute to content for social media, blogs, and internal newsletters.

Campaign Support

  • Help plan and execute marketing campaigns (email, digital, events, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR and marketing goals.

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Coordinate with sales and leadership teams on outreach initiatives.
  • Support in managing CRM platforms and tracking campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience with HRMS, recruitment platforms, and CRM tools.
  • Creativity and initiative in internal communication and brand building.

Preferred Qualification

  • MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing.
